1. How to use this guide

Most physiotherapy clinics in Gurgaon are run by one or two physiotherapists — often the name on the board — and keep long days, typically from about 8 or 9 in the morning to 8 or 9 at night, with shorter hours or a day off on Sunday. Many also visit patients at home. Timings below come from each listing, so call ahead to confirm, particularly for an early-morning or Sunday appointment.

2. Golf Course Road, Sushant Lok & the DLF phases

Sushant Lok & Sector 43

Sector 43, around Sushant Lok, has more physiotherapy listings than any other part of the city. The Healing Clinic lists hours from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, Steps 2 Recovery from 8 AM to 8 PM every day, and Target Walk until 9 PM. Also here: ErgoAlign Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Clinic, ONS Physiotherapy and Rehab Centre, Lifecare Physio Clinic, which lists itself as a physiotherapy and stroke rehab clinic, Divine Physio Rehab and Yoga, Krsna Physio Plus and Active Recovery Physiotherapy by Dr Preeti Sharma.

Golf Course Road (Sectors 53–56)

In Sector 53, Orthocure Clinics opens from 8 AM and Dr. Shivani's Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic until 9 PM. In Sector 54, Advance Physiotherapy & Chiropractic Clinic opens at 7 AM. Sector 55 has ErgoPhy and WE ACTIVE PHYSIO NEURO REHAB CENTRE, which opens at 7 AM including Sundays. Sector 56 is busy: Arya Physiotherapy Clinic lists 8 AM to 9 PM and is open on Sundays, alongside PHYSIOHEAL by Dr. Divya Gaur PT, Physiotreat Physiotherapy Clinic and J S PHYSIOCARE - DR.AMIT PANWAR (PT).

DLF Phases 1–5 & Sectors 24–28

In DLF Phase 2, AHAMYO - Physiotherapy lists 8 AM to 8 PM, and Dr. Vimal's Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic is close by. Smiling Hands Physiotherapy is in DLF Phase 3, and THE WELLNESS PRO CLINIC in DLF Phase 4. Around Sectors 24–28, try Infinite Physio (Sector 24), Korec Physiocare - Dr. Debanjan Mondal and Dr. Soumyadip Bose and PhysioEntrust - Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic (Sector 26A), and Allied Physiotherapy Clinic and Vrridhi Physiotherapy Centre (Sector 28).

3. Sohna Road, South City & Sectors 38–52

This stretch, close to Medanta and Artemis hospitals, has a dense spread of clinics. In Sector 38, Spine Heal Centre lists hours until 9 PM, and Mobility Neuro Care Rehabilitation Centre and Recorve Performance Lab are nearby. Sector 39 has Medicity Physiotherapy Clinic, Walkmed physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre and NeuroLink Physio and Rehab Center. In Sector 40, look at Symbio Physio And Chiro, Healix Physiotherapy and Roliya physiotherapy clinic.

Sectors 46 and 47 are among the best-served. Ved Physio lists hours until 11 PM, Curis Physiotherapy & Aquatic Rehab Clinic from 6 AM to 11 PM, and PainFree Rehab & Physiotherapy Center – Dr. Priyanka Kashyap from 7 AM. Rehab Train - Advance Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre and PhysioSync are also in Sector 46. In Sector 47, Indu Physiotherapy Clinic is open seven days, and RK Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center and NEER'S PHYSIOTHERAPY Clinic are nearby.

Around South City II and Sectors 49–52, try Physio Active India (Sector 49, open Sundays), PhysioEntrust Clinics (from 7 AM), The Painsmith Clinic and Quick Walk Physio Care (Sector 51), and Global Physiotherapy Clinic - Spine Care and Sai Physio&Rehab Clinic Near Artemis Hospital (Sector 52). 4. Golf Course Extension Road & Sectors 57–72

Sector 57 has a cluster of clinics around its markets: Wellness First Physiotherapy, Dr. Saroj Rustgi (PT) opens at 8:30 AM and on Sunday mornings, REHAB HUB Physiotherapy Clinic, Aavya Physiotherapy And Rehab Center lists hours until 10 PM, and Centre of Movement Medicine - Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic, AthloRehab and ProActive are all listed.

Further along, EEZ ALIGN Clinic and WOMEN'S COMFORT PHYSIOCARE are in Sector 63; Kinetiq Physiotherapy, The Right Physio Center and Neurophoenix Advanced Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center in Sector 65; and Agile Physio:The Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre, Rehab Hub Physio Center and Stride & Sprint in Sector 67. In Sectors 69–70, try Artharva Physiotherapy & Chiropractic Clinic, Evoque Physio, Kriva Physiotherapy & Acupuncture Clinic and Yog PhysioRehab.

5. Old Gurgaon & Palam Vihar

The old city has many long-running neighbourhood clinics. In Sector 7, Dr Maan Physiotherapy & Paralysis Rehab Centre and Dr Rakesh Yadav Physiotherapy Clinic both list hours until 9 PM, and Heal N Run Physiotherapy by K. Singh is nearby. In Sector 14, Axis Physio, Arthralgia by Dr Ishan Gupta and Bliss WellCare, which opens at 7 AM, are listed, along with ARYA ADVANCED CHARITABLE PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTRE.

9. Choosing a physiotherapist: a quick checklist

• Check qualifications. Physiotherapists in India usually hold a BPT; many specialists also hold an MPT (for example in orthopaedics, sports or neurology).
• Bring your reports. X-rays, MRI scans and your doctor's or surgeon's notes help the physiotherapist plan treatment, especially after surgery.
• Ask about the plan. A good physiotherapist explains the likely number of sessions, the cost per session and the exercises you'll do at home.
• Expect exercise, not just machines. Heat, ultrasound and electrotherapy have their place, but most recovery comes from guided exercise.
• Check timings and home visits. Many clinics open early and stay open late; some take a break in the afternoon or close on Sunday.
• See a doctor first if needed. For a new injury with severe pain, swelling, numbness or weakness, get a medical opinion before starting therapy.
